HONG-KONG-A-THON II: Electric Boogaloo!!!

People are still talking about last year's Hong-Kong-a-Thon and this year we've spent even more money, to bring even rarer movies, to blow even more of your mind!

We'll unleash 12 hours of hell, showcasing 6 classic Hong Kong action movies in a row, all of them on 35mm, all of them hitting harder, jumping higher, shooting more bullets, and exploding into bigger fireballs than anything you've ever seen on a motion picture screen. A mix of stone cold classics and deep cuts, not a single one of these movies has played in New York City in at least a decade, and five out of the six haven't played here in over 20 years.

Out of print on DVD, or never available uncut and in their original language, these movies ask the big questions: what if Evel Knievel was a serial killer? How many men does it take to stop a badass lady cop? What is the cyber? Where is the VR? And who has seen a vomiting crab?
